With over 13 years in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
I’m a qualified coach with backgrounds in CrossFit, British Weightlifting and endurance. I’m passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and build fitness that supports their lives, not the other way around.
My coaching is for anyone who wants to feel capable, confident and strong for the long term, but I also have specialist experience supporting women training through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. My approach is grounded in empathy and evidence.
