  • For beginners, 1-2 sessions per week is a good place to start to help establish a solid foundation. If you have specific goals, such as training for an event or achieving a particular milestone, you might benefit from more frequent sessions.

    Ultimately, the key is to find a balance that fits your lifestyle and keeps you motivated.

    We can always adapt and change  your week to suit you at no extra cost.

  • Yes, we are trained to coach clients on all of our wellness pillars: fitness, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and mental wellbeing.

    While we can provide guidance on diet and nutrition, we will be adding complete sports nutrition to our coaching platform soon.

  • For £75 pcm you will receive weekly programming sent directly to you, based on our discussions.


    Then, each week you can check in to tell me how you’ve felt and trained. If we need to adapt for the following week, we will.


    At any point if you need help on your form and technique while training we can look at that too via an online video call. 

    For £45 you can have an online 1:1 personal training session.

  • Even if you’re already active, a personal trainer can benefit your training. They can help you break through plateaus, improve your technique, and introduce variety to keep your workouts engaging.

    We work with you to build a holistic wellness plan, to optimise your performance and improve your wellbeing.

  • I coach with an understanding that women’s bodies aren’t linear machines; they shift through phases, cycles, and life stages. 

    My approach supports you through the physical, hormonal and practical challenges that affect your training, so you can make progress without burning out.

    My goal is to help you train in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and genuinely suited to your body so you get stronger, fitter and more confident without feeling overwhelmed or lost.
